Part of the Academy Difference: Two Adults Always Present in Every Room

As a fully licensed childcare center we follow the policies required by the state, but at The Academy we also voluntarily adhere to our overarching church childcare policies that are some of the most rigorous in the nation. This includes maintaining child-to-adult ratios that can often double the government's requirements as we specifically have a policy that a child is not in a classroom without two non-related adults present. This ensures your children receive the best care and highest safety.

The Academy is at the Biltmore Church – Arden Campus location at 35 Clayton Rd in Arden. We meet in the Biltmore Kids hall. 

The Academy is a full time childcare facility, open Monday - Friday from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Due to the high need for full-time childcare in the WNC area, the Academy does not have any partial week or half day options.

The Academy is excited to provide care and education for children from infants through pre-K!

Yes! The Academy operates under a Religious Sponsored Facility license - this means that we will are fully licensed by the state of North Carolina and are responsible to adhere to all requirements as they relate to building, fire, sanitation, safety, and North Carolina childcare regulations including classroom ratios. Our Religious Sponsored Facility license allows us to choose our own child development curriculum and teach Bible-based lessons to our enrolled children.

Tuition is $320 per week, per child. This includes breakfast, lunch, and an afternoon snack.

Additional children in the same household are eligible for a 25% discount on tuition.
